Houston is still mathematically alive but it would take some pretty wonky circumstances to make playoffs now.

That said, I 100% agree with Alozie, Hucles Mangano has done a great job revamping the roster and Gautrat a great job getting buy-in on his system. Next year they could be a force.

Michelle Alozie says there wasn’t a lot of what Angel City did against them, it was more them turning the ball over and not playing to their best. Said it’s disheartening but they feel like their future is still bright under Gautrat and Hucles Mangano.

I am not a priest and do not share that burden. But I hope Fr. Black's courage inspires his fellow clergy across the nation; as many others are pointing out, clericals are still an incredibly powerful symbol, even in our modern society.

Once again using a hackneyed phrase in a very intentional way: Fr. Black is doing the Lord's work. He is being repeatedly assaulted for preaching the Gospel of peace and freedom, in protest of an oppressive regime. The Lord smiles down upon him and is a very present help in his troubles.
