Guys, every person you see on Fox News in a mask is just Robert O'Neill, retired Navy Seal and occasional Fox News contributor. He's the former Antifa, former Gazan, former gang member. His eyes are very unique.

the way you hunt a mammoth is you stab it enough that it chases you, and once you've lured it into the forest where it can no longer turn around to run, the rest jump out of their hiding spaces and start stabbing it with spears, darting between trees, until it bleeds out or is killed.

yeah sure, but it's against every reflex of military strategy, which means quite a few things about experience and priorities

I'm sure raids happen everywhere, but the spectacle is cities and inner ring, where they're much more limited in manoeuvrability and the city's immune system can easily redeploy compared to more rural areas

it's so interesting that they're choosing engagements in cities, where that kind of force is fundamentally weak because of equipment, tactics, and Rules of Engagement

but not rural areas where they'd get a response but keep winning.

we're really living in the first era where a slim majority of people dont believe that deaths are just a byproduct of working industry, like any other consumable

As the 1st part in a series about the failure of many liberals to grasp how repression works, I wrote up my recent reflections on a somewhat hidden underbelly of what we are seeing with ICE and other far-right attacks: emboldening predatory behavior. equalityalec.substack.com/p/something-...

yep, the chaser coming up from behind had eyes on the rabbit the whole time, but saw his mate fall down and immediately unholstered, as if he could claim that that runner had somehow felled his compatriot, and ergo he has to shoot him

and you might be able to go pretty far with that theory, but ultimately, the marketing is not for some unspeaking tech toy or new kind of yogurt; it is for a person. the person needs to be able to perform well themselves, to convince, to have charisma.

and that's where this shit keeps breaking.

I've said this before, but one of the more striking things about the current generation of righties is that they really show no sign of understanding that there's a world *beyond* their screens, beyond owning & being owned on social media. A real world, with real people & real problems.

Eric Trump: "We're saving Christianity. We've saving God. We've saving the family unit. We're saving this nation. I mean, DEI is out of the window, Benny. You no longer have Colin Kaepernick kneeling for the national anthem. You no longer have Budweiser going woke as hell. All of this is dead."
