I was 7 the first time I understood that Republicans hated me for living in a city, having Black friends, going to school, and being assigned female. God and America were good and not for me.

That’s what that party is and has been for the entirety of my lifetime.

The problem is that board game would change texture during the evening and pieces would begin to fuse with your hand as you moved them around. The landscape on the board would seem to shift by the latter stages and by night's end wing itself out the window you opened in yourself all unknowing.

A combination of activities last night has left me thinking it would be really cool to make a board game based on @jeffvandermeer.bsky.social's Southern Reach books. A bit like Wingspan, but with sanity checks.

I think about this a lot when people ask where the younger X/elder Millennial politicians are.

Look, either you're bankrolled by the worst people on the planet, or you can't afford to run for office. There's outliers, and I'm not saying this is a forever dead end, but there's a reason to name.
