Ebooks are also an amazing space saver. I can't fathom ppl being so uppity about them.

Mind, I don't get why folks get annoyed about a lot of things. Displacement perhaps?

Seeing people tout reading paper books as the only real reading & dumping on ebooks & I get that it is a kind of pushback against the digital/AI invasion but it's just as ableist to make fun of people who use ebooks as it is audiobooks. Increased access to reading in whatever form is a good thing.

Am I the only one who’d read a romance & not look forward to the romanic bit? 😂

(Reading well out of my wheelhouse— a paranormal romance called Phasm)

It’s, so far, a beautifully written depiction of grief and loss; also has intriguing dreams with an unknown creature feeding off said grief.
