To make this clear, the media need to walk people through what happens when tariffs goods arrive in a US port. Who has to fork over the tariff money? The US importer. Where does the money go? The US Treasury. It's a tax.

I have a monthly donation to one charity and when I first started it, every other month they’d call and either ask me for an additional one time donation or to up my monthly. I got so tired of it I told them that if they called again, I was cancelling the donation they do get. They stopped.
