It was so so basic. AP flour, salt, yeast, msg, and like 50% hydration with plain water. Just no oil. Pre-baked the crust plain about halfway, then added all the stuff and finished baking.

The sauce was a bit salty for me, but the crust was so pizza shop perfect I'm stoked to make restaurant pizza at home for cheap.

Next time I'm blending lentils into the sauce for added fiber and nutrients.
