Thinking to Founders, Framers, so much against any established religion, representing numerous views & beliefs w/little unity. Thus, examples like Article 11 of the Treaty of Tripoli (1797): "As the government of the United States of America is not in any sense founded on the Christian religion"🗃️
my 16 yr old talks pretty frequently about "someday when he has kids" and I was just telling him how his much older brothers who actually saw life with a baby when I had him were mostly trying to break it to me gently when they were 16 that they didn't think they wanted kids after seeing my life 😆
