Which is partially why it took a million years to cook cause I started this at like 4pm and it's now almost 2 am

Cause I started roasting the chicken feet at 450 for a bit, then dropped it to about 350 for a bit before it even got into the instant pot

I hope my soup comes out really jiggly though I tried a new method pressure cooking the bone broth that involved two cooking sessions, one at a high pressure and one at a low.

And I roasted the bits before hand with a little salt and oil!

At least one of these jars is turning into a pumpkin soup situation tomorrow though. I have Plans involving kobocha pumpkin and goji berries.

Maybe even a congee or jook with those and some chicken? Might be really nice.

I started bone broth as part of a gift for my friend and it finally came out of the pressure cooker at about 1 am and was unpressurized and ready to put in temporary jars for further soupening at like 1:30 but not cold enough to close the jars so I warned my roommate about the Open Soup

Not only did I have to get another goddamn fucking jar btw
What a blessing but augh
Anyway the jars are currently cooling in the fridge on a little towel, their lids are cracked so they don't explode
I'll try to screw the lids on later but I'm eepy as hell

Here it's touching keys on a keyboard, the keyboard is split and glowing red from LED lights

Now its right hand is on a computer mouse that's on a max payne mouse pad, the mouse also has LED lights. The skeleton is only about 5 inches tall so comically it'd be impossible to use the mouse and keyboard at the same time, evident here because its other arm and skull are plainly visible in both this and the keyboard photo
