Something I think about a lot: One of the reasons people used to think boys “outgrew” ADHD is because in adulthood men tend to offload their executive function (managing calendars, remembering birthdays, cleaning, grocery shopping) to wives and secretaries so it masked their symptoms.

Herbstreit did a fine job calling the biggest CFB game of the week for years but doing Thursday night NFL, Gameday Saturday morning, and a Saturday night CFB game (sometimes in a different city!) is pretty clearly too much and the work suffers for it

(It wouldn’t.)

Also, I would add that I can also think about how many academic and student support people that some of this money (if it comes from donors) that these buyouts would fund.
