At this point, Trump will do 'evil' because he is 'psychologically/mentally ill'. Moreover, his cabinet is filled with 'psychologically/mentally ill' individuals as well. It is the 'greed' that makes these people do 'evil'.

There needs to be a distinction made for psychological/mental/neurological/medical/biological issues.

Autism should first be seen as a genetic issue. What would be defined as a healthy psychological self-concept will have a different potential.

(The 'self-concepts' determine psychological health.)
