I did not have this on my Bingo card. I would have predicted that the last straw will be the expiration of ACA subsidiaries. In fact, I think that's still pretty likely. The citizenry gets testy when they can't afford to be insured.

The only reason Dems didn't lead the way on this is because several of them are wholly owned subsidiaries of Big Pharma.

I need people to know that Alaska Native corporation shareholders have spoken out about our subsidiaries who run ICE detention centers. Most of the discussions are on Facebook, bc that's where the shareholders are, but it's also been covered in mm. We've written letters, protested, emailed, etc.
Is there any turmoil over Alaska Native Corporations and their disgusting ICE contracts? We hear so little about this and it’s been going on for years. They are loving the money in 2025. #akleg

So in my lawsuit, Twitter Canada LLC and Twitter, Inc. are likely to be argued as 2 separate entities (although there are glaring issues with that argument), but I wonder if ACME will argue the same in Coyote vs. ACME.

Did he order products from the same ACME company or ACME subsidiaries?

We might not have Key Lime Air flights in Colorado Springs, but we do have them in Colorado.

If you'd like to join in a call to divest from airlines that fly ICE, you can go to any of these locations!

ICE has no right to treat human beings so poorly regardless of their immigration status.

Corporations are made of people & not all shareholders are happy with this money. We don't see a lot of $ as shareholders (I think we got maybe 1-2K this year?). The non-Native CEO of Akima and other subsidiaries are happy, but not all shareholders, who have said it goes against our Inupiaq values

She has a point on this one issue. Big companies have 8(a) as "wholly owned subsidiaries." They are treated as a separate company for contracting purposes, even though they aren't. It's a way of getting around the rules.
