He's full of shit. We still have the same number or more, homeless in Northern California. He ignores us and is focused on the bigger populations in the big cities. Sacto, SF, LA, etc.
We have a consistent population of people who don't want housing. Nuts and druggies.

We got the worst of racist rural California moving here to MT during/after the pandemic. It's very not good (says the woman who canvassed door to door in the 90s for PIRG in Tracy and Vacaville and Sacto suburbs). They're racist as fuck and think we are too.
