I have "small posterior disc bulges at L3/L4, L4/L5 and L5/S1". It's fucked. I've had something like that since at least 2021 - when I got imaging last year the results reminded me that I had a back MRI in 2021 and I found the PDF and yep, L4/L5.

Btw I really recommend digging into philosophy for any strong placements in your natal chart

Six months prior I had the same done, but just one disc, at L5-S1. Both have been remarkable successes - no pain immediately other than surgical recovery, which took about 8-10 weeks of diligence. Not fun, but has been worth it.
