I've reached out to Amazon/KDP Author Experience Manager directly to convey all this as well.
I'm reading up on the new genAI features coming to Kindle with a great deal of dismay. Authors/publishers can't opt out of having our books scraped for these features, and we're sure as hell not being compensated for their use.
