I think the third season of Mike Judge's Beavis and Butt-Head as a whole is great. The first half of the season is maybe a bit stronger than the second half, but as a whole, it is still really quite enjoyable and pretty hilarious.

Rating: 8.7 out of 10.

He did it when he said that Mark Kelley and Elise Slotkin deserved to be executed for treason and the Senate Democrats had to ramp up security to deal with the deluge of threats. He directed abuse at judges in his criminal and civil cases and to a judge's daughter.

*private* dueling is of course illegal, was well before 1776. but *public* duels? who can say. of course there's a whole other can of worms to be opened if the defendant somehow causes the court champion or judge's death. you might fend off a moving violation and catch manslaughter

It's one of the reasons why judicial opinions in a judge's first 1-2 years (if they have significant experience in practice beforehand, so not most federal appellate judges) are so different than those by their 3rd-5th years. It takes a long time to mentally switch from brief writing to opinions.
