U.S. independents SM Energy Co. and Civitas Resources Inc. have agreed to a stock trade in what one analyst called a merger of equals, bringing together onshore natural gas and oil prospects concentrated in the Permian Basin, with opportunities extending into Colorado, South Texas and Utah.

It's the art of overtalking. Unlike dealmaking, Trump is actually quite effective at it. Sure @bgrueskin.bsky.social it's the tactic of a bully, of an ignoramus, of a poorly raised individual...but it works for the current occupant of our highest office.
Trump did on 60 Minutes what he does every time. He spews a blizzard of lies, exaggerations and assorted other falsehoods, and if (as usual) the reporter isn’t equipped or doesn’t bother to push back, he keeps going.
