Judge Ellis is serious. Officers really can't keep teargassing people for protesting, and they must really show their identification.

EXACTLY why Judge Ellis in Chicago is trying to make agents there use bodycams.
For months I've closely checked photos of DHS (ICE, CBP, FPS, etc.) personnel for this, very few ever wear them.

I believe that’s the center. The core of the problem. Agencies like ICE and DHS fight the body cams because they’d have a harder time pretending what they do is legal, and necessary. DHS should be deep in paperwork, but just watch.
