In the wake of the Epstein fight, Rep. Adelita Grijalva has become a voice for sexual assault survivors.

"Advocacy for people that feel like they don't have a voice has always been something that I'm very comfortable with. I think that it is our responsibility."
'I can get loud': Adelita Grijalva becomes a voice for sexual assault survivors
The Arizona Democrat is the least senior member of Congress, but she was thrust into the spotlight as her fight to be seated coincided with the Epstein saga.

"the currently governing DOD Manual in Section 5.9 states clearly that persons “placed hors de combat may not be made the object of attack.” ...

The “kill them all” order by SecDef Hegseth would be a textbook war crime even if the original attack had been legal.
It is unfathomable that the USG lawyers would sign off on a no-survivors boat strike (no get of jail free card).

There's clear precedent dating back to World War II trial of Germans for that very act, which lawyers know well.

My health insurance premiums will more than double in January. I pay a little less than $500/month for my current silver plan.

I just reapplied and my new premium will be $1062/month.

And don’t forget: I still have a co-pay for every visit and pay for prescriptions.

Here’s the song in “GoodFellas.”

Marty “paid a lot of money for it,” said Ileana Douglas. “He used to laugh that the Stones were getting rich off him. But he didn’t care. If that was the right cue for the scene, he was going to get it — no matter what it cost.”
