Make a Tropfest 2026 Film!
John Polson's gift to the film industry, Tropfest, is back in 2026! Because I've been procrastinating for years and years about making a film, on hearing that Tropfest is back, it's given me the impetus to DO it. Lucky for me, I have a wonderful story already written, thanks to Carole Kelly; her short play 'Tick Tock' is perfect for translating to the screen.

Every time I stop at the Chargrill Charlies between my place and the beach, with a hooded towel chucked over my swimmers (and a respie to top off the look), I think of the excellent Tropfest winner "How Far Can You Wear Your Underpants From the Beach.
