Streetlink say they connect the homeless with authorities & charities taking @3 days to reach the person sleeping rough.
Sadiq, the Govt has made it illegal to sleep rough. People sleeping on the streets are now vulnerable to arrest. So do Streetlink report the homless to the police?
Winter can be especially dangerous for anyone sleeping rough outdoors.

"StreetLink can be used by anyone in England and Wales to send an alert about someone who is sleeping or preparing to sleep rough.

"Alerts are sent to outreach teams, who go out mostly at night to offer people sleeping rough appropriate support."

It's getting colder. Don't walk on past. Alert Streetlink via their website thestreetlink.org.uk It takes five minutes and can save a life in winter. Note: Consent matters. Please try to speak to the person and get their consent to be referred. Some people avoid outreach services due to past trauma.

For the first time this year, the Greater London Authority has triggered a severe weather response for rough sleepers, as temperatures have hit zero degrees or below.
