Homeworld and Cataclysm were unbelievable games.
The end of Cataclysm where the final mission starts as the “Somtaaw warship Kuun-lan” and the final cutscene talks about “Somtaaw’s children being known as beast-slayers” really drives home the cinematic masterpiece of that series.

I watched six more episodes of The Slayers and when Lina blew up that mountain that was holding back all those ghosts, I 100% expected Amelia to "heal" the mountain, which was reduced to a crater, but it didn't happen that way.

I wish Slayers was still popular, it's so stupid but way less horribly horny than the comedy fantasies we see now. Also, it's so funny that Gourry's special sword isn't revealed to be literally a lightsaber from the sci fi story one universe over until the third season. (Which wasn't as good as 2..)
