Tyvärr så kom ingen med äppelklyftor med jordnötssmör som jag ville så jag tänker gå direkt på middag i stället.
Jag tror att det är något med att det är energitätt och kroppen uppfattar PEM som energibrist och tolkar det lite fel, typ.

Ugghhhh, that's so grim. I'm sorry. I've had PEM that was plenty awful, but never that bad. It does my head in to think how much worse this condition can get.

it genuinely was just PEM. this is what it's like now. this is what my day-to-day life is like. even fucking typing this is causing severe head pain, eye pain, exhaustion. that's my lot in life yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can never go back to bed bc, even if I did have the ability to physically transfer again *at that point*, I definitely wouldn't be able to get out of bed/into my chair a 2nd time - & definitely not fast enough the next time I needed to pee 😞

Sagst du zu Leuten mit Malaria sie haben schlechte Luft / MS viele Narben?
CFS ist daneben, weil Fatigue nicht im Mittelpunkt steht, sondern PEM.
