People complain about how noisy cities are, but most of that noise is from cars. Reduce the number of cars in #cities through more #mixedUse development, more protected bike lanes, better bus service, and wider metro coverage, and cities will be drastically quieter.

I like this because of the small size, but one which allows for a deck and garden for each residence on each floor.

I’d also make sure to make that first floor section on the bottom right into a restaurant, coffee haus, or other little shop.

#MixedUse is key.

This will be interesting…

It needs to be surrounded by #MixedUse buildings, though.

Apartments on top floors, businesses on the first floor, & then you have a real community, surrounding a tourist attraction & a gathering space.

And keep that green bit below.
