I work at a yacht club right near MacDill AFB. Fighter jets keep going overhead. A club member just asked out loud “Are we at War?” Well at the very least the Air Force is doing drills and training with these fighter jets #WWIII #fighterjets #USAF

That's what I'm saying, and nobody needs to take and hold MacDill AFB. SOCOM has no AAD capability as far as I know.

Correction SAM733 was going to McDill...A “SAM733” flight from Ireland toward MacDill AFB (Tampa, FL area) on a C-40 suggests executive transport, most likely carrying senior U.S. government or Department of Defense personnel, possibly returning from a diplomatic trip, NATO/European meetings

when i lived in tampa near macdill afb i was often asked if i'd like the military discount, because i was paying with my USAA card.

Oh yay, this is why I anticipate being one of the first wiped off the planet when somebody gets tired of our fuckery- I live a few miles from MacDill.
I don’t know if the US did an airstrike on Venezuela on Christmas Eve. What I do know is a USAF Stratotanker (midair refueler for bombers & fighter jets) took off from MacDill about 7pm local, turned off all signals & didn’t turn them on again til final approach 7 hours later. And that’s abnormal.

I don’t know if the US did an airstrike on Venezuela on Christmas Eve. What I do know is a USAF Stratotanker (midair refueler for bombers & fighter jets) took off from MacDill about 7pm local, turned off all signals & didn’t turn them on again til final approach 7 hours later. And that’s abnormal.

Could be just normal ops, but four tankers out of MacDill and an E‑3 are currently heading southeast toward the Caribbean on Christmas night. It’s interesting, at the very least. One of them is shown in the screenshot below.
