#LoveCraftian
It could be the start of a Lovecraftian story - It's strange though, when I reopened the photograph the waves looked different, it must be a trick of the light. The shells were unusual too, unlike anything I've seen before...

Feel like a lovecraftian protagonist who Comprehended it for a moment and is was driven mad

Actually the Monster is the name of the song they were all on before they all went Lovecraftian levels of insane.

YESSSS Ligotti and Blackwood are my top "doing the Lovecraftian unseen-horror thing but significantly better" (which is extra funny for Blackwood because they were contemporaneous)

I'm rather frightened by SFM parody animators' uncanny ability to replicate Serverblight body horror down to the last outstretched finger.

Then again, part of being a comedic TF2 animator is twisted those 9 mercs' bodies into every lovecraftian shape imaginable.

"...starts off as a slow burn sci-fi survival horror like the game it’s adapted from but then it evolves into a more psychological and Lovecraftian type of horror that goes to crazy directions..."

Moss would be either the lost-in-the-Lovecraftian-sauce insane nerd side-character who probably dies badly (like Pacific Rim's Newton), or the helpful-but-weirdly-off-putting hermit character (like Twin Peaks' Log Lady).

hm. their disguise spell might not work on cameras, actually. oops!

“The narrative arc is a classic piece of Lovecraftian clockwork… a polished, professional, and accessible mystery that is perfect for newer players or those who want shorter adventures.”— Creative Game Life.

Whenever I talk to someone about truly-excellent film adaptation of eldritch/weird/Lovecraftian horror fiction, I always point to this and IN THE MOUTH OF MADNESS.

Well, I used a Lovecraftian name generator cause Im going for those kinds of vibes.
Decided Im saving V'raalda for another being in the story universe, so that leaves us with Shucto, Mhelp'mu, & Mh'urvist.

The M names are my faves so far🤔

The Lovecraftian part of society is the realization that so influence can be had by venal con men who fail up until becoming the real life equivalent of evil Forest Gump and apparently may or may not had world historic effects.

Listening to some of the things in the epstein files genuinely makes me question if the men involved are human or some kind of lovecraftian ghoul

Some of this shit isn't just evil it's like something an alien monster or a rabid animal would do

it's an absolutely AMAZING movie! definitely worth a watch if you love lovecraftian horror as well imo. the main critique I've seen is that it's "too slow" and while I agree there's a few things that could be cut down, the pacing is what helps it be so psychologically horrifying. mark did amazingly!

[Commissioned Design] The Blue Sphinx , Flaming Telepath

A commission I had the pleasure of working on back in March.

It was made for Project Maple Rangers, an animated series that's still in development, taking place in a Lovecraftian setting inspired by Pulp Horror.

It has its shortcomings, and it's not for everyone. It definitely has that "Director's first movie" feeling on top of being a GLACIAL burn of a lovecraftian horror. If you go in knowing there's not going to be a lot of jumpscares and editing's not all there, you're gonna have a good time.
