Yesterday, the BORTAC unit of the Border Patrol went to gas stations w/ Greg Bovino. The only officer with a GoPro went inside while another stood outside taking close ups of people. Also along, a disguised FOX News videographer w/ Facebook glasses and a LiveU streaming unit with a zoom lens.

برادرم میگه اونقدر فیلم کیفیت بالا از خیابون گرفته شده، چندین نفر GoPro داشتند، اینترنت وصل بشه چقدر از اینا بیاد بیرون.
خودش هم واقعا شانس آورده چیزیش نشده، ولی جمعه تونستند چندین نفر که تیر خورده بودند رو نجات بدن، بیمارستان اونجا overwhelmed نشده بود.

Thought I’d give a cadence metronome a try, set at 176bpm, just to increase pace. It worked a tad but took some of the fun out - that’s why I like trails. 104 miles done ytd but for me it’s ‘smiles before miles’.

Fab rural trail this morning. Head torch needed for running through woods & across fields. Muddy in part but Strava even gave me a 3 awards. 🦊=1. I mainly stick to urban routes in the dark mornings but this was a nice change
