i've been *meaning* to for like years now but every DS emulator fuckin sucks. or at least that was the case at one point. i think melonDS should be able to emulate it now.

One of my personal favorites among the online cartoons I created a couple years back: a decidedly "meta" joke that calls attention to the nuts and bolts of gag cartoons. I had fun trying to emulate the style of something that might conceivably be seen in the pages of The New Yorker.

I think if states actually want to emulate Massachusetts Connectorcare, they should just use the Basic Health Plan program (Section 1331 of the ACA).
Oregon, Minnesota, and DC all do it. New York State did it until they converted to a 1332 waiver to go further.

MGS4's biggest issue is that it was made relying so much on PS3's architecture it's hard to emulate. TWEWY relies way too much on the DS gameplay stylus dynamic. It's not like, let's say, a GBA JRPG you can pick up and play on a phone, a PC, a Steam Deck, an Android console, etc.
