I have a masters degree in speech language pathology. The OBVIOUS lack of uniformity in muscle tone in this picture ALONE is CLINICAL red flag regardless of… anything. I’m assigned to asses this dude and I’m flagging this as a HUGE indicator of post stroke /ongoing stroke signs.
