Found out I'd potentially been scammed just because a return address looked made up (it wasn't). If the business - as Reddit and its Trustpilot reviews may suggest - is going to claim that they never received the product, having not provided a return label, I've videoed the full process.

I can post memes 24/7 saying to resist, fight back, never give up, etc., but they’re just feel good motivational slogans that don’t solve the problem.

Personally I believe it’s checkmate.

we were lucky to make it through the first Trump term with covid being the worst of it. once the American citizenry couldn't get its shit together last year to prevent Trump's return (and i don't just blame his supporters), it was either checkmate or something very close to it for the nation

Now that he has withdrawn from consideration for AG, he can return to Congress with the newly-elected and re-elected class.
If he does so, the investigation--which was halted when he resigned--can reopen. And with that, the report SHOULD be released as previously planned.

was not the first time the legal world so completely buried the original public meaning of a Constitutional Amendment in favor of alternative narrative—just look at the shock to the system caused by the Supreme Court’s reinvocation of the clear historical meaning of the right to keep and bear arms. To modern critics, those of us who advocate for a return to the original and more limited interpretation of birthright citizenship may be nothing more than a handful of contrarian morons. But, historically speaking, we are in very good company.

Ferdinand sits, legs tightly crossed, gloved hands folded in his lap. His eyes dart back and forth, studying the nearly-empty chess board before him. Chess was the favored pastime between his two closest friends on the rare occasions that there were moments to spare. Even then, he was well aware that it was a productive one; it kept minds sharp, and tested one's tactical prowess. Of late, Hubert and Edelgard had been attempting to teach the new Prime Minister the finer points of the game. Privately, Ferdinand had been pouring over texts on the subject, determined to impress Hubert and Edelgard. While his younger self might have hoped to triumph over the latter at the game, he was well aware that, at least for the moment, such a feat would be nearly impossible. Especially after the display he had witnessed; her game with Hubert was near its conclusion, and thus far, had been very even. Hubert, commanding the white pieces, had four pawns, a knight, and the queen to his name, and Edelgard, commanding black, had four pawns, a bishop, a rook, and the queen to hers. Ferdinand was deeply impressed; to witness Edelgard's intellect on full display against Adrestia's premier spymaster was truly something to behold. After several moment's thought, Hubert takes his white knight and surges backward, capturing the black rook. Neatly, and without fanfare, he sets it aside. One space remains between it and Edelgard's black king, but Ferdinand knows the knight is not in position to capture it. Despite the loss of such a powerful piece, Edelgard appears entirely undaunted. How very like her, Ferdinand thinks as the Emperor reaches forth, her neatly manicured fingers clasping the wooden crown of the ornately decorated black queen. The set had been a gift from Bernadetta, each piece lovingly carved and painted by her for Edelgard's twenty-fifth birthday. She slides it forth along the longest of the white diagonals, pausing one space between herself and Hubert's white king. She smirks. "Check." That makes Ferdinand's eyes widen. Hubert's king is blocked by a pawn, and has only one space to run to. His loss appears inevitable. However, turning to Hubert to scan him for a reaction, Ferdinand finds not resignation or disappointment, but a bitter expression of conflictedness. It is altogether confusing for the Prime Minister. Hubert, by Ferdinand's count, only has one legal move. He must retreat from Edelgard's queen, which he will lose to on the next-- "Checkmate." Hubert moves, taking hold of his own queen. He slides it neatly across the marbled board, leaving it directly beneath Edelgard's black king. Ferdinand gasps aloud in understanding; if Edelgard captures the queen with her king, it will be in place to be captured by Hubert's knight, but if she does not, Hubert's queen will instead capture it. He has defeated her. Hubert glares at Ferdinand for drawing attention to Edelgard's blunder before sighing. A jocular grin splits his austere features. "I beg Your Majesty's forgiveness. For the seditious act of executing your king, I shall offer my neck to the executioner." That makes both Edelgard and Hubert chuckle, two dark giggles that echo off the palace walls, the warm winds of late spring bringing the scent of Imperial blossoms to their noses. "Well played, my friend," Edelgard concedes warmly, beginning to gather her pieces and return them to the board, setting up for another game. As she does, Ferdinand cannot help but to feel a burst of pride towards Hubert; even a year ago, if put in that situation, Ferdinand suspects he would have pretended not to notice an opening to defeat his Emperor, and allowed her to triumph over him. "Come now, Ferdinand," Edelgard interjects, looking at him for the first time since their afternoon excursion had begun. "You were promised a game against the loser. Switch places with Hubert. Would you like to play black, or white?" Both ministers obediently rise to their feet, trading seats with one another. Absently, Hubert reaches for his cup of coffee and Ferdinand's cup of tea, switching the places of the beverages wordlessly before taking his place in the spectator's seat. "White, please," Ferdinand decides after a moment's thought. "Perhaps they are lucky today." "Luck had not a thing to do with it," Edelgard chastises, no trace of anger in her voice as she leans upon her clasped hands, staring at Ferdinand over the sea of wooden pieces. "As Emperor, I order you... do your worst."

I think that large delta wing shaped blended wing body aircraft are going to be the way of the future when it comes to fighter aircraft. We're going to see a return to larger fighter aircraft.

The SU-57 Felon came close to that. I don't know with the SU-75 Checkmate is so small and conventional.
