Vonn undergoes surgery after crash

Lindsey Vonn suffered a crash in the women's downhill at the Milan‑Cortina Games in Cortina, was airlifted to hospital, underwent surgery for a fractured left leg and was reported stable.

Interview with her was a good example of the insane temperament you need to be an Olympian. Injuries so bad she could barely go on walks with her kids. Retired, had an operation that fixed it... Then decided to go back to competing.

I search her name. Nothing beyond some links to other sites (e.g., NBC; CBC). I click on "Latest" -- comments on the crash, but no video.

So go to X, search Vonn, a playable video is in top 3 results. Bam.
