Two months ago I wrote about why my law firm is litigating 63 voting and election cases. Today it is 65 cases covering more than half the country. Eleven of them involve redistricting.

Where are the big law firms? Why isn't legacy media covering this? www.democracydocket.com/opinion/why-...

Interesting perspective and one I generally agree with. However, I also agree with one of the commenters. Not everything needs to live in the gawddamn cloud.
The latest Cloudflare and Amazon outages have got me thinking about utilities. We can't build modern software without dependencies. The days of running entirely on the client are over, which I see as a good thing. The cost is that we rely on infrastructure.

I can’t imagine a leader of any other democracy on Earth spouting inflammatory nonsense like this, let alone getting away with it. How can this obviously very deranged man be allowed to continue leading the US to its ruin? It boggles the mind.
Or just move them to a minimum security Club Fed and give them a puppy and yoga classes.

Zohran Mamdani won young men 18-29 by 40 points.

40!

And he did so by standing FOR economic justice, FOR Trans rights, FOR immigrant rights, FOR labor rights, FOR Palestinian rights, & FOR diversity—& still unapologetically dunking on Trump.

He is anti-MAGA w/o throwing people under the bus.

At some point we might have to consider the fact that he might be mentally unstable.

Yes your taxes should support disabled people.

They should support homeless people.

They should support those living in poverty, children and the elderly.

This is literally the purpose of taxes, and I would far rather support those who need it than continue to enrich the elite.

Lovely!
Andrew Scott is a contemporary artist renowned for his bold "frame-breaking" creations, where characters in his paintings seem to penetrate through glass.

Through this unique creative approach, Scott explores themes of freedom, solitude, and resilience.

Starbucks CEO pay: $96 MILLION
Starbucks worker pay: $15,000

Coca-Cola CEO pay: $28 MILLION
Coca-Cola worker pay: $14,000

CEOs used to make like 20x the average worker.
In 2024, the average CEO earned 632x more.

The system is rigged.

The Supreme Court's disastrous Dobbs decision marked a dark day in American history - the first time a constitutional right has been REVOKED, and it was aimed squarely at WOMEN.

Three years later, the consequences are dire.

It’s amazing to me the number of people I see driving, looking at their phones not paying attention. It’s so dangerous, it can’t be overstated. People barely know how to drive as it is, with all the automation of newer vehicles. But guess what? STILL NOT A SELF DRIVING CAR. Put the f*ing phone down.

I just left the Everglades Immigrant Interment Camp. No, I’m not using their ridiculous name. It was a very tough to witness humans in those cages. Every Floridian should be ashamed that our taxpayer money is being used for this.

When you or your loved one loses their healthcare or food assistance remember the joy and laughter on the faces of these assholes as they celebrate tax cuts for themselves and their rich donors!
