Hard same. Feels like every self-help book I've looked at was written by a neurotypical, straight-laced mayonaise-colored anomaly who has never faced true hardship in their life.
Glad if they’ve helped you but I don’t think I’ve ever gotten more then ten pages into a self-help book before thinking “why did someone type this”
