Culture of mouse Embryonic Stem Cells, stained with SPY555-DNA from @spirochrome.com and recorded on an iSIM scope from @visitech.bsky.social. With ultra-sensitive Hamamatsu ORCA-Quest and recent Large Field-of-View upgrade, we can detect mitosis in 3D, for almost an hour, with 1-min resolution.
