Remember, big tech doesn’t care about you or your pets. Ring doesn’t make money that way. In this case, they do make a lot of money and cause untold harm to society when they’re used as mass surveillance tools. This was probably the most insidious, misleading and manipulative ad in SB history.

This is the fortieth anniversary of that time I recycled a church propaganda tape to record an NPR live broadcast of a jazz concert that rang in the New Year for every American time zone. I wonder if the P.O. Box still works.
