The worsening state of the US labor market.

We talked with @conorsen.bsky.social about the jobs picture, since we don't have a jobs report.

Verdict: Clear signs of deterioration, with risks of rapidly rising unemployment. podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/l...

yeah I've always just assumed it's pronounced like the French flag
Although @robarmstrong.bsky.social has demonstrated a good French accent - he has fumbled with "Tricolor" in recent months.

I think @weisenthal.bsky.social showed the way channeling his inner Frenchman, with an unmistakable "Tricolore" (like the French flag or Montreal Canadiens)

Zohran's relentless disciplined campaign was truly impressive - he brought every message/issue back to the cost of living and built a model for what bringing attention to a positive affordability message can look like

Proud to have Blue Rose do ad testing for the Zohran IE!

The main goal of the forces underpinning the right is to abolish the entire 20th Century. Not just revenge for electing a Black president. Not Woke, or "cutting taxes." The entire liberal state. Of course they would decide a bizarro multiterm FDR is the way to get that (h/t @weisenthal.bsky.social)

The greedy, gluttonous holiday is the perfect one for a nation of unserious and slow adults.

I didn’t always like having to visit older relatives when I was a kid. But now that I’m olde, I’m deeply appreciative that my parents made me do that. These non-Halloween holidays serve a deep purpose in maintaining some semblance of society.
Halloween is the one holiday where you are not obligated to spend uncomfortable time with relatives or buy gifts for people you barely know, and you can eat as many goodies as your conscience allows. I think we should celebrate it EVERY day.
