Here's a nifty little cooking tip for you. Add finely shredded carrots to your tomato sauces (spaghetti or chili). Does three things:
1. Sweetener
2. Thickener
3. Balances acidity.
You won't taste the carrots, but they add real depth to the flavor.

The tragic thing about Mark Wahlberg is that he found Christ or some shit and has disassociated himself with “Boogie Nights”, which sucks because he gave a really solid performance and it’s easily the greatest movie he’s been in or will ever be in
