Gonna try to take a break from social media to focus on deadzone over the next few weeks so I may stop posting for a bit.

has anyone else had this issue with #godot importing .blend files in 4.5? after changing some parts of geometry it seems to apply materials to wrong parts of the mesh

I have been so burned out so I took two days off and coming back i managed to go through my entire 15 item to-do list (except for steam mp and voicelines) in like 8 hours
I still need to work on assets and figure out all of the animations then make some maps 🫠

just spent maybe 20 minutes trying to figure out an issue i was convinced was happening due to my new multiplayer system and then realized it was set to unusable during the press event and i needed something to happen on release but the release was ignored because it was unusable.

been grinding through the todo list today and added the last attacked titan's health as a small element under the main health bar, also got titan voice lines courtesy of @ronniethezombie.bsky.social! (however they need to be processed a bit differently)

after a couple days off of programming to focus on 3d modelling i decided to "fix" the titan ultimate's charging from kills and instead of changing the core charge's value in the titan ability manager i was changing the amount of points that the titan's damage body gave to the score when killed 😭

sometimes i feel that kind of partial shock followed by stupidity when i think about patreon's ceo (jack conte) being a musician then i remember that the entire reason he started patreon is he got pissed off at youtube barely giving any money for his band's videos with millions of views
