I've been thinking a lot about my book Eat Sleep Cycle lately. It's the reason I met @timcyclesthecoast.bsky.social. It's about my 10-week odyssey around the coast of Britain, which Tim read, then did the journey himself. We became firm friends after that unique and life-changing shared experience.

A few months ago, I did a little workshop on making wire birds and recently gave one to a friend ... She sent me a photo of it on its little perch today, and it looks so lovely 😍 ... Needless to say I'm making a few more for Christmas
