That amount would've been enough to provide SNAP benefits for over 20,000 Atlantans every month.

INBOX: Patty Durand, a former Democratic Georgia Public Service Commission candidate who openly criticizes the agency and Georgia Power, the utility it regulates, was arrested Tuesday at the commission’s downtown Atlanta headquarters.

She was charged with theft of trade secrets, which is a felony.
