So, Calvin (dog) is terrified of Myrrh (cat). She's gotten him a few times and most of the time when he sees her he screams. Today, I left the kennel open and they both took a nap together inside - only Calvin didn't realize it - and then couldn't escape because she was by the door! (I rescued him.)

I've given myself a March deadline to get my hallway finished. I told Z that I'm picking paint for the walls next week - so look out!

The CDC has turned off its vaccine search tool.
The vaccines.gov site now gives an error when you enter a valid zip code.
They also removed text saying “Vaccines can help you stay healthy” and added a banner saying the site is being updated.

The thing about using AI is that once you learn about how not great it is (for the environment, for artists, for your brain, etc.), you can just stop using it. No shame. Just be done with it.

Patient came in with sore throat. While waiting for rapid Strep test result we glanced back at the Covid-19 RAT result: positive. Reminder that masking in health care makes sense, if you don’t want everyone in your waiting room to go home sick, your staff to get sick, and physicians to get sick.

Ok, E’s design is done. Working on H’s at some point today. I have his center design done (it’s candy canes) and am trying to decide on the border - Holly berries or pinecones - and will do both to see which is better.
