We have absolutely no leadership in our party. They are absolutely tone-deaf. A pinky promise, this is a absolute bad look for the Democrats and a major reason for why we will lose the mid terms if we continue down this path.
Democrats would do well to remember that trusting a party defined by deceit and bad faith isn’t just naïve, it’s dangerous to democracy itself.

A lot of the people you see arguing against food assistance are actually on food assistance. They work at Walmart or a convenience store and think they are deserving, but others are not.
