The canceling of Kimmel's show is indeed a Very Ominous Thing but it is of course not the first attack on the first amendment we've seen in the past couple years. We've long since tossed our country's bedrock principles about speech into the shitter so Israel could go on killing.

I feel like this is easier to ignore in some places than others, but American citizens have been at war with “their” police forces for decades and I don’t know how to get people to understand that a lethal occupying force has never and will never keep us safe
