Blog bloggers are land use nerds. Tonight, we’ll be in Durham watching Durham country discuss RTP 3.0 .
We’re working on a story later about this .
Attending the Durham Durham Board of County Commissioners to follow the possible vote on the adoption of the RTP 3.0, a Unified Development Ordinance change for RTP. This is a potential big deal to modernize the Park for the future. I am a land use nerd so I can't resist watching .

Phew, sometimes I think Chapel Hill Town Council has turned the corner then blammo, a shitshow like tonight happens. A set of commonplace land use amendments fails to pass 4-4 (we're down one council member), and it's not clear at all why the opponents voted against it.
