Attending the Durham Durham Board of County Commissioners to follow the possible vote on the adoption of the RTP 3.0, a Unified Development Ordinance change for RTP. This is a potential big deal to modernize the Park for the future. I am a land use nerd so I can't resist watching .

I’m not a football expert, but this isn’t good for UNC, right? Also - again - not a huge football person but how does 8 points happen. Football is sounding a lot like cricket 🏏
