Last Thursday, Speaker Destin Hall told a reporter “ICE and CBP have a difficult job… we just ask that they come back.” We just didn’t know he meant Thanksgiving week.

We can confirm reports that Customs and Border Patrol will be expanding their operation to the Raleigh area as early as tomorrow, Tuesday, November 18th.

Voters in Greensboro, Durham and Chapel Hill elected their next City Councils last night.
And we are happy to share that in all three cities, a majority of the incoming councils said 'yes' to our pledge to stand up for their cities against attacks by the federal government.

✊🏽 After Duke University threatened Luis with retaliatory action if we hosted a press conference at his bus stop yesterday, he spoke alongside supporters on 9th Street on the need to take action to ensure that he and workers like him can continue to be part of the community at Duke and beyond.
