We’ve heard agents try to intimidate people, telling them that they’re not going anywhere. Well, neither are we. Because this is our home. And what you are seeing are hundreds of North Carolinians meeting this moment by helping ensure that everyone who calls this place home can live and work safely.
Wake County Public schools reported that over one in ten students were absent yesterday, when CBP was expected in the area. That translates to 7,000 more students missing class than would have on a normal school day.

In a statement, DHS indicated that they have made over 250 arrests throughout the course of their operations, as of last night. Since Saturday, we have received over 2,000 calls to our hotline at (336) 543-0353 That is more calls than we normally receive during an entire month.
