We get that Republicans want to argue that “you shouldn’t” protest or film agents, or that it’s “a bad idea.” But it’s a right. That means you don’t get to decide whether someone gets to do it if that’s how they choose to protest. It also means agents can’t kill people who do.

The Second Amendment apparently only applies to white, male, "Christian" Republicans with daddy issues.
Pretti clearly did not brandish his gun. Which means the government is saying he was killed for legally exercising his right to carry.
