I wanna encourage allies to make donations today.

Every sexual assault centre in the country has seen an uptick in calls *just* from the trial, let alone today's verdict.

I'd also encourage you to support the most effective rape resistance program in the world (based here in Canada!)

President Trump said on Saturday he was considering revoking Rosie O’Donnell’s U.S. citizenship. Trump has feuded with the comedian and actress since before he became president. Experts said the president does not have the power to take away the citizenship of a U.S.-born citizen.

Excellent Toronto Star op-ed on Bill 5 which recently became law in Ontario. It gives sweeping powers to the govt, allowing it to centralize power and circumvent democratic processes, all in the name of 'economic protectionism':
Ontarians have just lost core democratic protections — and few realize it
Bill 5 lets Premier Doug Ford designate any piece of land in Ontario a “special economic zone.” Inside that zone, Ford and his cabinet can override any provincial law.
