I’m thinking about misinformation and online troll farms because of how this CBC Toronto article that I’m quoted in, posted just 4 hrs ago at 5am on a Sunday, already has nearly 200 comments.

In comparison, most articles on CBC Toronto’s site has ten comments or fewer.
Toronto's climate action plan is missing a major tool to lower emissions, experts say | CBC News
Experts from Toronto Environmental Alliance and the Atmospheric Fund say without building emission performance standards, the city’s climate action plan isn’t doing enough to meet 2040 net zero goal.

Children need "open ended" play. Open ended play encourages curiosity and growth. The emphasis is on the doing, creating - not on the object. Paper and crayons is a classic example.

I experienced that lawlessness in Russia & it shocked me every day I was there.

Laws were a pretense. Everybody, from citizen to gov official existed in a bribery structure that replaced the law.

It normalized immorality & invited people who might otherwise play by the rules to give up on them. 🧵
