Your casual reminder here that there's still some unsung heroes within presentation at this time of year
S4C’s Christmas Pres this year is utterly delightful.

A callback, yes (see also BBC1’s Gruffalo) but I love how they keep moving the girl and the dragon forward. Even introduced another new ident this evening.

Love to know who produced the idents? @s4c.cymru

So I see that Friends is leaving Netflix after nearly 8 years... and from the absolute outcry from fans, you'd be forgiven for thinking that the show leaving the platform is Channel 4/E4 axing it all over again to them

First day of the Christmas season today, can't wait to see what's on throughout the period with the tape machine all set... hang on, what year is this again?

And today's that very day... I would celebrate the anniversary in a more elaborate way, but a low key celebration probably suits this site more :/
Hard to believe that next week marks a whole year since I completed my escape mission from the polluted warzone of Elon's hellsite, and ended up in a tranquil alternative place that had an epidemic of blue butterflies*

Reminded myself of Rocko's Modern Life and its UK terrestrial outing on Channel 4 recently and its odd to see here how the credits are sped up at the end of S01E11, something I don't recall them doing in later showings when it was in the mornings
